# MarketKicks Infrastructure Path

MarketKicks has four infrastructure layers.

Lead Capture catches the opportunity. Core builds the foundation. Growth expands the system. Partnership runs it with you.

## Lead Capture Infrastructure

Purpose: Catch leads fast.

Includes a one-page capture website, intake path, basic pipeline, instant lead notification, first response, missed-call text-back, and next-step CTA.

Pricing: $1,000 setup and $197/month.

Best for businesses that need a simple intake and response system fast.

Upgrade path: Lead Capture clients can upgrade into Core by paying the remaining setup difference. Lead Capture is $1,000 setup and Core is $2,000 setup, so the Core upgrade is typically $1,000 plus the monthly management changing to $357/month.

Boundary: Lead Capture does not unlock Growth Infrastructure by default. Growth Infrastructure requires the Core Revenue System or an existing system that passes the MarketKicks audit.

## Core Revenue System

Purpose: Build the foundation.

Includes a 5-page starter website, CRM/pipeline, booking, reviews, tracking, messaging alignment, foundational SEO, and follow-up.

Pricing: $2,000 setup and $357/month.

Best for businesses that need the full foundation before growth.

Core is normally required before Growth Infrastructure unless the existing system passes the MarketKicks audit.

## Growth Infrastructure

Purpose: Expand the system.

Includes SEO, paid traffic, automation, content, operations, and market growth after the foundation is ready.

Pricing: module-based.

Best for businesses whose foundation is ready and whose next constraint is growth.

## Partnership Infrastructure

Purpose: Run the system with the client.

Includes deeper strategic direction, prioritized execution, full-system management, protected market focus, and ongoing growth infrastructure management.

Pricing:

- Existing Core Revenue System clients: $1,000 activation fee and $2,500/month.
- New direct Partnership clients: $4,000 setup and $2,500/month starting the following month after setup.

Existing Core Revenue System clients do not pay the full direct setup. They move into Partnership with a $1,000 activation fee.

## Monthly Infrastructure Alignment Meeting

Every active MarketKicks plan includes a one-hour Monthly Infrastructure Alignment Meeting. This is where MarketKicks reviews the system, discusses what is working, identifies issues, and maps the next priority.

Communication is not limited to once per month.
